Heyla Text Messaging Program
Heyla is a trade name of [COMPANY_NAME], which operates a service that answers your questions by text message. You text a question to our number and receive a short answer by text, so you can get information when you have little or no mobile data.
How you opt in
You opt in by (1) entering your mobile number on our signup form at heyla.chat and checking the box that agrees to receive text messages, or (2) texting the activation code printed on your Heyla card to our number.
What messages you will receive
Replies to the questions you send us; messages about your account, such as your remaining requests and payment notices; and a welcome message. We do not send marketing or promotional messages. If you text us before signing up, we may reply once with a link to sign up.
Message frequency
Message frequency varies and depends on how many questions you send. An answer may be split into more than one text message.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan. Heyla charges a plan fee as described in our Terms of Service. We do not charge extra per message.
Opt out
Reply STOP at any time to cancel text messages. You will receive one confirmation message and no further messages unless you opt in again. Reply START to subscribe again. The service works by text message, so it will not answer questions after you reply STOP. Replying STOP does not cancel your paid plan; see our Terms of Service.
Help
Reply HELP to our number or email help@heyla.chat.
Carriers
Supported on major US carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
We do not sell your phone number, and we do not share your phone number or text messaging consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy at heyla.chat/privacy and our Terms of Service at heyla.chat/terms.
